Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa

“The location is amazing it’s surrounded by the corniche, where you can find several ice cream shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. The beach was great in this area as well as the pool. The family rooms were great and very spacious. I want to mention that getting the towels was hard since a lot of the time the towel booth had nobody in it and had to come back a couple times and ask an employee from the snack area to get me one. Even returning the towels was inconvenient since they stopped accepting towel returns at 6 at that booth and 8 at the spa. The variety of food and taste was 6.5/10, was not the best, the hygiene in the rooms was not satisfactory. I found a few hairs on the pillow on the first day of my stay. Most of the food in the buffet is not covered, so a lot of it is exposed to flies most of time, which is very off putting. The lobby was also full of flies. Lunch and dinner were mostly the same food. A lot of the food is not labelled which is not good if you’re someone with allergies, including the mortadella/salami/ham and cheeses selection. Also, I don’t think that they should charge 2-4 euros for a cup of fresh juice even though we had the inclusive deal. Even though this is a 5 star resort, they did not have any adapters to borrow at all or buy from the hotel itself, so you would have to go buy one from outside the resort. I also want to note that when I asked for the iron and ironing board it came more than 30 minutes late and broken. I couldn’t use the ironing board at all since it wouldn’t stop wobbling and the steam buttons on the iron were broken and couldn’t use it. It’s a 5 star resort but it didn’t reflect that at all.”

“The hotel makes every effort to live up to its five-star rating and, by Turkish standards, certainly does—especially thanks to the excellent service surrounding the dining experience. Booking an all-inclusive package is recommended, as the hotel is about 20 minutes away from Antalya. However, there is still some room for improvement regarding cleanliness and the behaviour of certain guests. The cleanliness issues are mostly minor details, although these details can make all the difference. Guest behaviour and respect, on the other hand, are either outside or only partly within the hotel management’s control. At present, I can highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere is wonderful and makes guests feel comfortable and welcome. “We have satyed in porto bello hotel and i suggest it to every one who want friendly place to enjoy antalya. Location is very good and beautiful view from each room. Outdoor pool was very good but the water is cool and if you want warmer, you should choose indoor pool. Every where is clean and staffs are very polite and friendly. Foods were fresh and delicius. Bar and drinks were good and variety was perfect. Night club was interesting. They let us early check in and late check out free and at last day, they gave us a travel mug as a gift. I enjoyed my resistance in porto bello”

“Had to leave a review for Neema and Mariam because they have honestly been so lovely during our stay. My daughter and I have felt really welcomed by them from day one. They’re always smiling, always stopping for a chat, and they’ve genuinely made us feel comfortable here. It’s the little things that make a difference when you’re away from home, and they both have such warm, positive energy. It was also really nice seeing other women of colour working here. It might seem like a small thing, but it made us feel more comfortable and represented, and my daughter especially loved seeing that. They’ve both been a big part of making our holiday special, and I just wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for being so kind and making us feel so welcome. ❤️”
